Beautiful room, courtyard & bathroom in a modern town house in the heart of Ponsonby. Aucklands best spot for food, coffee, shopping & access to the CBD & University. Everything you could possibly need is within walking distance.
Your room with bathroom & courtyard is on the ground floor, living area 2nd floor and my area is on the 3rd floor – therefore you can come and go with privacy.
The room can be furnished with all furniture plus, tv, heater, docking station, linen etc.
Happy to provide all meals if required (cost dependant).
You will also be sharing with a very handsome and very friendly little Pug, Eddie. Eddie is quiet and spends most of his time on the 3rd floor or at the park – but warning – he loves people so will want hugs.
