I am an active semi-retired female owner. Interests include reading, gardening, travel, theatre, music, and tennis. I have two 15year old cats. Will not suit anyone who does not like cats. I have a self contained flat downstairs with long term tenant (male 38). Off street parking is available or a garage for a small car.
