Hi, my husband and I have a beautiful house in a lovely neighbourhood, ready to host our next home stay guest. This is a large sunny room in Birkenhead/ Chatswood, North Shore. Guest will have their own bathroom and toilet. We are only 15 minutes walk to nearest shops (supermarket, restaurants, gyms, bakeries and library). 5 minutes walk to nearest bus stop. 28 minutes bus ride to the CBD. The neighbourhood is very safe and neighbours are all very friendly and welcoming.
Nathan is kiwi Korean and Eva is Malaysian Chinese. We are a friendly, helpful and tidy couple, with no children and no pets. Nathan is a software engineer and Eva is an investment analyst. We love cooking, going for walks, gardening and meeting new people. Meals can be included for extra cost.
