I have got a room (3m x ) available in my Flat Bush townhouse.
Fees are $250.
The room is unfurnished.
It has one wardrobe and shares a master bathroom with one other female.
Our flat is in an ideal location with around a 5min drive to Ormiston Town Centre and Pak n Save.
If you have a car, there is parking available in the common area behind the house and some off-street parking.
The two other people leaving here, are me and another female. Both of us are in our 20s and are working professionals. We also have one cat.
Please note this is a smoke and drug free house.
