Flat Share Available - 5+ Bedroom House with Four Bathrooms
We have a room in a spacious flat share house with more than five bedrooms and four bathrooms.
- Rent: $180 per week
- Fixed Expenses: $50 per week (all-inclusive)
- Deposit: Four weeks' bond and two weeks' rent in advance (strictly via automatic payment)
The $50 weekly expense covers electricity, furniture hire, water, gas, and weekly cleaning of common areas. You will also have access to shared amenities, including the living and dining areas, washing machine, dryer, fridge, microwave, gas stove, double-drawer dishwasher, pots, pans, utensils, and cutlery.
Additionally, you can enjoy free Wi-Fi Internet and access to our Plex Server.
Plenty of on-street parking is available, although there is no parking on-site. Our house was built in 2014 and is located in a quiet residential area with easy access to the motorway. It is fully furnished, and each room includes a double bed, a mattress, a built-in wardrobe, a study table, a chair, and a smart TV.
We are looking for flatmates who treat this space with care and respect. Please be responsible, tidy, and clean as you go. We have a "no dishes overnight" policy for the sink.
