It is 300m to KARANGAHAPE ROAD precinct with grocery / food stores, cafes, restaurants and bars.
It is 20 minutes walk to the city centre or you can take a bus from outside the property.
Your bedroom has queen size bed with an electric blanket and linen is provided. There is a small desk, a wardrobe, and drawers.
You can cook for yourself in the well equipped kitchen and there are 3 supermarkets (including 1 Asian supermarket) and 3 international food-courts within walking distance. We can also share dinner for a little extra.
We welcome someone clean, tidy, and mature who can help keep the house clean.
