Large brand new 5 bedroom house near beach and reserve in Wai o Taiki Bay ( near Glendowie and Mission Bay). The room is very warm and has plenty of sun. A friendly and quite household, bus stop is 1 to 2 min walk away to take you to the center of Auckland. 30 min bus travel time. Train and Supermarket are also nearby. I live with my daughter, who is a high school student . Lot's of space for everyone. Plenty of off street parking. Go for a walk, bike or jog, beautiful reserve and beach on your doorstep.
