Currently looking for a university student or a worker to join our household. We are a family of four all professional individuals. We are looking for a clean, tidy, and respectful person.

The room is spacious, fully furnished with desk/chair, double bed (Queen bed) including linen and pillow, built in double closet and bathroom.
Power, water and INTERNET included. Breakfast is included but optional.

Property is located in Royal Oak, close to State highway 20 motorways, Onehunga and Epsom. A public transport 2-minute walk and Royal Oak Shopping Mall and groceries' is a 15-minute walk. The Warehouse, Warehouse Stationery, Noel Leeming is a 10-minute walk from the property.

I have a daughter that attends AUT so if you are attending the same university you are welcome to travel with her.


Move in costs:
1-week rent in advance
1-week rent for the bond which will be refunded to you when you move out.
At least 1-week notice is required before you move in and move out.
