Near new 4 bedroom house situated in Glen Innes, Auckland. I have 1 bedroom available for homestay. Only accepting female at the moment as I currently have 20 year old female student staying on the other room.
Room is $300 for one person. Rent covers fully furnished room, reasonable use of power & water, shared bath (with other homestay) and unlimited WiFi. Price negotiable for a sharing room. The room has a double bed.
Additional, $30 per week if you require homecooked dinner.
We are a young family of 3. We are pretty relaxed and easy to get along with. Nearest bus stop going to Auckland CBD is 5 minutes walk and comes roughly every 10-15mins on peak period. Close to shops & other amenities, supermarket (Pak n Save Glen Innes) is 5 minutes drive.
