We will provide: Your own bathroom and shower. A new comfortable double bed, a large wardrobe, fridge (common use), washing machine and dryer usage (common use), wireless internet.

We are able to provide an extra dresser/buffet for extra storage. Dining area and living area are common areas for all. Kitchen use for light cooking.

We pride ourselves in being an extremely clean household. As such we expect all who live here to keep their area clean and tidy. No smoking, parties, pets, or guests allowed.
