We are a professional working couple with 2 quiet kids (7yrs and 12yrs). We have a lovely masterbedroom with own private bathroom in its own floor downstairs. Bedroom is furnished with Queen bed, side tables and study desk & chair. Our home is located in one of the best location in East Auckland - Bucklands Beach/Highland Park, bus stop and supermarkets just few steps away or 5 minutes drive to the ferry which takes you direct to Auckland city downtown in 30mins. There are supermarkets, restaurants, Mcd, KFC, Lloyd Elsmore Swimming pool all minutes (1km) away. Botany town shopping mall and Sylvia Park shopping mall are also very close and easily assessible by bus/car. Plus easy access to many beaches in the Eastern area to enjoy kiwi lifestyle.
No meals provided. Rate includes reasonable shared use of kitchen & laundry (own supplies), power, water and internet. We have super highspeed fibre broadband internet. Can consider 2 people sharing the room but with additional cost to negotiate.
