5 minute walk to Onehunga Village with cafes and shops, bus station and train station.

5 minute walk to Onehunga Dressmart - New Zealand's largest outlet shopping destination, with 100+ international iconic brands like Nike, Adidas, Tommy Hilfiger, Calvin Klein.

15 minute walk to Cornwall Park. It is more than just a beautiful park — it is 425 acres including:
* A working farm with sheep and cattle,
* Lawns, gardens, and wooded areas for picnics and walks
* Cafes
* A dormant volcano: One Tree Hill (Maungakiekie) with walking trails and panoramic views.

It is only a 12 minute car drive into the central city. From the Onehunga bus or train station it will take approximately 30 minutes to reach the central city.

My home is a modernised character home with beautiful high ceilings, polished floors and all the mod cons.

I am looking for a student, professional worker or traveller. The large double room comes furnished with a queen bed and study desk and chair. You share the bathroom with one person.

The house is large with a separate kitchen and covered outdoor dining area.

The neighbours are well known and helpful.
